The Coaching Journey

After an initial FREE discovery call, you will go on to have:

  • 1-6 coaching sessions over a period of 2-6 months 

During these sessions, we will

  • Delve deeper and closely examine the areas that are truly hindering your progress.
  • Utilise a range of coaching tools to guide you along the way, during and between sessions.

This will be a journey of awareness, discovery, clarity, action, accountability and growth.

Each session will create insights and mindset shifts and will be accompanied by tasks and actions to create change.

How does coaching differ to therapy

Coaching and therapy share some common ground. While therapy focuses on exploring your past and finding healing, coaching is all about propelling you forward to achieve your goals.

How do I know if coaching is for me?
  • You need a safe space and some time to THINK a challenge through
  • You put off making decisions
  • You feel stuck
  • You are open to trying new ideas
  • You don’t have the confidence to get something done
  • You feel you aren’t reaching your potential
  • You have more to give and there is a gap between where you are now and where you want to be

    If you want to make changes but don’t know quite how, you’re in the right place. If you don’t feel ready to take those next steps yet, I'm probably not the right choice for you yet.
How many sessions do I need

Depending on your goals and challenges, more or less time may be needed. 

With 3-6 sessions of consistent coaching over a period of 1-3 months most clients have achieved goals they have been trying to reach for years OR have gained considerable momentum to continue moving and growing, either on their own or with the support of a coach.

Where will the sessions take place

All sessions happen face-to-face via zoom. If you don't have zoom, please download it prior to your session.

What if I miss a session

If you can not make one of our scheduled sessions, please contact me at least 24hrs prior to our appointment and I will be happy to reschedule. If you do not make any attempt to re-schedule and are a no-show, then the session will be marked as completed and you will be charged.

How many sessions do I need?

How often should I schedule my sessions?

Initially, once a week is important to continue making consistent progress. However, as you begin to gain traction, you will develop a natural momentum and we can then space the sessions out to bi-weekly or monthly.

What is your coaching style

My coaching style is non-prescriptive, meaning I won't dictate what you should do or when to do it. Instead, I will provide a safe and nonjudgemental space where your own thoughts and ideas can flourish, ultimately leading to positive transformation. With a focus on 80% coaching and 20% mentoring,  the coaching sessions are centred around you.

How can I get the best out of coaching?

Come to coaching with a open mind and be prepared to be challenged, These sessions are for you so its helpful to come prepared with something to think about. Every coach is different so be clear and upfront if something isn't working for you so we can support your needs better.
